It looks as if you want to enforce any visitation or custody rights that you have, you’ll need to bring action here in Spartanburg. To do so, you’ll either need to retain an attorny or research on how to represent yourself.

I know this isn’t necessarily good news, however I do have a number you can call that may be able to help assist with legal fees if you decide to retain an attorney. Also, there is a law library in almost every court house that can help you research (which I kno wyou are good at!) on how to represent yourself and what paper work you’ll need.
