even with the persistence of hesitation one can still fall victim to the lack of control in pursuing ones heart, however with control comes boundaries that are never clearly defined and tend to confine the senses and any accompanied intense emotion that could be lost forever in neglected time…..eternal.

surprise is nothing new to me, nevertheless i seldom fail to be surprised when such reaction is due.

one night when you least expect it, your emotions transcend understanding beyond that once fortified boundary [shielding all incoming (and outgoing) possibilities], and all your vague interpretations of extinct inclinations, fixed mental attitudes, any and all dispositions that might endeavor us to settle for a predetermined response……all of it…..it all comes crashing down as you stand there speechless, but without need for explanation or reasoning.

even though no compelling argument exist to defeat the problem of natural evil, many matters in life are generally offered in the expectation of innocent conscious…………. think rare recherche contingencies observed in those that prefer stability and comfort to the fascination and risk involved in the unknown, the concealed, the imagined, the exotic, the kiss i fear you should not have given me.

fear and its falsehoods do have a tendency to dictate our path, even in the slightest divergence………perhaps i have missed out on more than i will ever know.

tomorrow is a new day and tomorrow i will wake up with a smile.

It’s obvious that the Founding Fathers established three branches of government, the legislative, executive and judiciary, as a device to prevent a concentration of power.  

However, it’s not so obvious that they also established other spheres of separation of power, such as for religion and the press, which are sometimes referred to as the “Fourth” and “Fifth Estates.”  Additionally, the 9th and 10th Amendments also refer to rights “reserved to the states respectively, or to the people”, which could be construed as creating sixth or seventh “estates”,  yet more spheres for the separation of powers in order to prevent governmental tyranny.  

Beyond that I’d also argue for the existence of an “eighth estate”, namely the dictionary and the definitions of those words therein, that I also think should be beyond judicial/legislative review.  My dictionary defines most everything quite clearly and I reject the notion that any court should have jurisdiction to order the makers of dictionaries to change the definitions therein, especially when those definitions are the common understanding and intent of all the laws that have been heretofore passed with respect to the all institutions.

To try to blur explicitly defined distinctions by legal trickery is not only unconscionable in itself, but it can only result in the meltdown of our capacity for intelligent thought to so muddle the plain meanings of the definitions in the dictionary as to obscure the very words that we use.  

Human intelligence is subject to many malfunctions and I pity the people [including myself] for the lunacy of its own government.

In light of this concept I have decided to disavow any further acceptance of the English language, that which includes all those dictionaries that interpret those words contained within. Consequently, instituting a dramatic + revolutionizing transformation of our current system and of modern life itself, all in hopes for a superior manifestation.

Now the question begs to be mentioned…

How will I now communicate without an established form of dialect?

what road is it again, that is paved with good intentions?
