Self-empowerment requires taking responsibility for the fact that every effect has a cause that is internally generated. Every consequence is the result of a sequence that we have set in motion in our own thought-emotion-projection-action sequence. One of the critical components of a spiritual path is to expand our consciousness to the point where we can become aware of how and why we create sequences. As we do so, we can choose how we influence the consequences that we manifest.

The problem with most human beings is that our subconscious activity is more powerful than our conscious activity. Our subconscious programming runs whatever we are not conscious of. We meditate to clear the fog in our minds and to cultivate awareness. In a state of awareness we have choice. We are at choice because we are in touch with how we engage our mind and our emotions. We can affect the energy instead of being at the affect of it. We move from a passive victim to an actively engaged participant in our lives.

So is it my conscious or subconscious that seems to be offending and wounding my soul for the unconscionable act that I will partake in during the weekend……?

While it maybe true that for evil to triumph requires a good man to do nothing, for folly to flourish only requires giving a fool a hammer without regard to what may be forthcoming.

You can never have too much knowledge, though you might well not have enough so that the knowledge you do have doesn’t quite make sense, so confusing you. What really stifles creativity isn’t knowledge but the information and ideas that come from your intellect rather than from your intuitive mind.

Creativity requires a pure outpouring from your innermost self, as opposed to something that’s contrived and manipulated by your intellect; the intellect is merely there to do the edit afterwards and tidy it all up. The knowledge is what informs the outpouring of the soul so the more knowledge you have the better.

The key is to remain centered in your body rather than over-rationalizing and getting lost in your head.

I find it highly suspect that ever since hotmail/yahoo/etc email services began to include the ‘report this email as spam’ filters, similar types of spam immediately began increasing dramatically, which includes those that are also gradually bypassing the spam filter, spam which I reported on previous occasions.
