good ole InterWeb navigation certainly helps when attempting to locate all the legal forms involved in an appeal…..but considering that I now have far less than the 30 days ‘allotted’ [and far further beyond the 10 days 'allotted' for a Motion to Alter or Amend a Judgment] for an appeal, in the SC Court of Appeals, I’m unsure of what and how exactly to file this appeal in response to the draconian judgment handed down by that Family Court twit, Judge JUG-Head……especially if you were to look at all the shit I have to accomplish in order to properly file an appeal……..a near impossible task to achieve in less than 30 days, particularly if you are a self-represented litigant like myself…..but the alternative choice begins w/ the outrageous sum of $600 going to a greedy court-reporter who transcribes the full court transcript [of the 4-hour custody hearing held on 11-17-05], who then sends me the transcript to correctly file with the appellate court.

[How's that for a long run-on?]
