www.dot.tk (a free and paid domain forwarding service) is a scam for all you newcomers.

i proudly used the service for years without a single problem, nevertheless abruptly in December ’06 i believe site owners changed hands (or something similar) bc the service significantly turned towards the worse. one fraudulent business scheme after another has been perpetrated against its own customer base since that time.

i advise to stay away.

FAR AWAY.

dot.tk since has consistently made changes to the wiki, the faqs, and the policies (to fall in line with their actions rather than what they’ve publicly stated), all the while deleting all negative and constructive comments directed towards them and their exceptionally bad service and policies on their forums, wiki, etc.

(take note: NONE of their policy changes were communicated beforehand through email and/or otherwise.)

furthermore, this very wiki (as you would discover if you were to join) is the only place that you can express a concern or question about their service because they (also) suddenly have no formal contact for customer service; email, phone, live help, and/or otherwise.

if you want to fall victim to a scam and downright horrible service, be my guest.

however, you’ve been forewarned.
