perhaps some of you know, perhaps you do not……
\nbut for the past 4+ months i have aggressively been seeking a job…..career…..whatever…..but to no avail.
\ni have come to the end of the rope, the cash flow = so to speak.<\/p>\n
i have put in 100’s [yes that is what i said] of resumes and applications. of that, i have received about a 5% response on those and of that have had a 80% rejection rate???? (i have seriously considered the belief that i am blacklisted.<\/b>)<\/p>\n
i am insecure\/weak\/and wavering about what the hell is going down in this backasswards city, but it seems a college degree [go figure] and work experience mean little, if anything, anymore in this everlasting job search.<\/p>\n
for those that may have not observed the concurrent pattern of increasing infringment upon your privacy during this process, i implore you to express your disdain for such.<\/p>\n
in modern times you might assume one was advancing upon the presidential seat, even in an attempt at obtaining a mediocre job……..:<\/p>\n
examples?<\/p>\n
1) drug test
\n2) personality profile test [psych test – “for a fucking job!?”]
\n3) criminal background check
\n4) employment background check (many are petty as fuck with this one at present)
\n5) credit check (can someone please explain to me wtf, unless your in banking?)
\n6) DMV check
\n7) Reference checks
\n8) Educational background checks
\n9) Character Background checks<\/p>\n
With the amount of money these people\/employers spend on their highly invasive\/ridiculous\/senseless (total lack of privacy in certain matters) “searches” they conduct, they could presumably save more money utilizing “trial and error” with hiring new employees.<\/p>\n
enough of my rant……<\/p>\n
i need help with locating and\/or attaining a job, SOON<\/u><\/b>, and that is my plea, from me to you.
