so Tuesday i get a letter that comes as a bit of surprise [and then again not] from Tara’s attorney explaining to me why she has not let me pick Fabien up in two weeks, including this week.<\/p>\n

it is apparent that the bitch lacks sanity….much like her atty who received this letter in return…….<\/p>\n

    First and foremost I am asking that you and the shady courts [when I should be telling<\/b> you] to stay out of me and my son\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s business.  <\/span>90% of the garbage in your recent letter was nothing but a serious misrepresentation of the truth.  <\/span>However, this comes as no surprise for there is no degree to the depths Tara will go to seemingly justify her untenable, incessant and contemptible acts against me, nor her begrudging, spitefulness and unyielding disrespect towards me as it concerns OUR SON Fabien.  <\/span>To this very day I still question the rationale for her deplorable attitude towards me.<\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

This is the focal point of the matter.<\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

    Tara refuses to accept or respect me as Fabien\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s father.  <\/span>She along with the biased family court system and supposed attorneys like you are the reason this sort of clouded mentality is allowed to endure.  <\/span>Neither you nor the court system cares one way or the other about the underlying moral principles of this PERSONAL matter.  <\/span>Your focal point centers on $$$$$$$$$$, which is also the central desire of the entire [mis] justice system, at least as far as I can tell.   <\/span>How much did she pay you to write that letter anyway?  <\/span>(She probably used money I gave to her!)<\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

            For you see, I have first hand experience in such social matters, because up until the ripe age of 19 I was a victim of being a ward of the court and people like you, the courts, dishonest and unfit foster parents as well as reckless\/apathetic social workers destroyed much of what one might call my younger life.  <\/span>Besides the magnitude of other injustices delivered upon me during my childhood, DSS also \u00e2\u20ac\u0153drugged\u00e2\u20ac\u009d me much like Tara is attempting to do with Fabien, even though the child is ONLY 4 years old.  <\/span>Even before Fabien has had the chance\/time to develop his own unique personality\/conscious\/character\/persona she wants to inhibit any such chance by manipulating his mind with drugs that have only recently [10 years or less] become widely tested, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153accepted\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and used.  <\/span>Tara means well, but she is sadly misguided in her interpretations of the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153problem\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, if one can truly call it that.  <\/span>There are neither long-term studies nor extensive research on the long term\/short term side affects of these mind-altering substances.  <\/span>These drugs are not much better than illegal drugs if you ask me.  <\/span>Most drugs slowly destroy a person\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s personality and character as well as dull their solemn sense of the surrounding environment, isolating them from the rest of the world.  <\/span>Do I believe that this is their intention?  <\/span>No, but it happens regardless.<\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

    ADD [attention deficit disorder]??  <\/span>Please, don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t make me laugh.  <\/span>Every living person on the face of this Earth has some level of ADD.  <\/span>Furthermore, if you [or Tara] choose not to believe that nearly every \u00e2\u20ac\u0153physician\u00e2\u20ac\u009d in this country would rather medicate the complexities of life [mood altering\/mind rearranging drug] away rather than directly deal with every single \u00e2\u20ac\u0153patient\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s \u00e2\u20ac\u009d problems effectively, then you and her are fools.  <\/span>Not only are doctors lobbied by drug companies to prescribe certain drugs directed at specific (diagnosed)<\/i> psychological<\/i> assumptions<\/i> of \u00e2\u20ac\u0153patients\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, but almost every patient of such a doctor is diagnosed with some<\/u> sort of disorder.  <\/span>[Including you, Tara and even I if we were to seek such advice.]  <\/span>Don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t believe me?  <\/span>Go visit a psychiatrist within the next month and see if they do not attempt to prescribe you some sort of medication related to some obscure medical condition.<\/span> <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Is this what we have all become?  <\/span>A nation who chooses to medicate life\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s challenges away rather than dealing with them on a profound and personal human[e] level?  <\/span>These same types of drugs seriously tainted my life, both socially and psychologically, while I was growing up.  <\/span>They made me obsessively self-conscious, detached from the world around me and disconnected with the practical reality of dealing with my problems competently and effectively.  <\/span>I was never more alone in my life, both physically and emotionally, than during those years I was forced to live under the medicated influence of a supposed physician\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s \u00e2\u20ac\u0153professional opinion\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/i>.  <\/span>Do you honestly believe the state was incredibly concerned with my mental state of well being through all of this medicated \u00e2\u20ac\u0153problem-solving\u00e2\u20ac\u009d?  <\/span>HELL NO<\/u>!  <\/span>They were concerned with the huge insurance settlement left to me after my mother\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s passing from this life into the next.  <\/span>Therefore, neither you nor Tara have any right, legal or otherwise, to lecture me on the delicate sensibilities and emotional vulnerabilities of a small child, for I know all too well.  <\/span><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

Below, I will specifically address your ridiculous comments and their absurd merit:<\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

1)      <\/span><\/span><\/i>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153It is my understanding that you have an order granting you visitation\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

    Yes, we both agreed on a mutually beneficial CUSTODY ORDER, whereas we share legal custody and she keeps physical custody a majority of the time.  <\/span>These documents are filed in Spartanburg County SC, Blount County TN and Mecklenburg County NC.  <\/span>[Though this agreement was hastily made during one of her kidnapping sessions when she decided abruptly to move to Tennessee with Fabien without my consent, approval or input on the matter.]  <\/span>We agreed to allow [barf] me two weekends and one whole week out of the month with Fabien.  <\/span>So far I have lived up to my end, but Tara still refuses to fully abide by OUR agreement in almost every aspect by not allowing me to have him a full week out of the month, etc\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6… [Even when he has not been attending day care]  <\/span>Yet, I still always abide by her \u00e2\u20ac\u0153rules\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and promote the utmost clemency in our interactions.  <\/span><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

2)      <\/span><\/span><\/i>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.you pay no child support and make no contribution towards the child\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s medical expenses.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

    This statement is a comedy without bounds.  <\/span>Not only do I have an extended long list of documented checks and bank withdrawals that prove my VOLUNTARY support for her expensive life-style and insatiable appetites, but you should ask her who has obtained health AND life insurance for Fabien and themselves.  <\/span>She certainly has not, even though I have and she knows this.  <\/span>The problem here lies within the fact that, except to torment me for no compelling reason, Tara moved to South Carolina whereas I still live in North Carolina.  <\/span>I doubt I need to discuss the ludicrous themes surrounding medical insurance and its related costs.    <\/span><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

3)      <\/span><\/span><\/i>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.the child has been diagnosed with having ADD, which requires him to take a prescription drug on a regular basis. She further tells me that you will not give this drug prescribed\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 after visitation [I am his father, not a damn visitor] with you he is very hard to deal with and his behavior indicates that he has not been given his medication\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6..\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

    Even though I have touched on this, I will go a step further.  <\/span>First, Tara never discussed with me in any way, shape or form anything about wanting to do this beforehand.  <\/span>Imagine my surprise the day I picked him up just a few weeks ago when she dropped this bombshell upon me!!   <\/span>Isn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t serious discussion of matters such as this part of joint legal custody?   <\/span>Second, I HAVE GIVEN HIM THE MEDICATION, even though I did so reluctantly.  <\/span>Why?  <\/span>Basically, because of nonsense like what she is trying to pull here; holding my son hostage from me.  <\/span>If Fabien does have a behaviour problem (which I am still insecure in that assumption) perhaps we should focus more on the person that physically has him 75% of the time and stop exploiting me as the scapegoat.<\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

    However I have only had him two weekends since the first time Tara began giving him this medication only a few weeks back.  <\/span>During both weekends when I did give him the adderall, Fabien\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s attitude, personality and temperament became far worse than ever before during his lifetime, which I explained to Tara in detail.  <\/span>I explained to her that I thought it would be best to abstain from using the medication until she could consult the doctor again on Fabien\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s \u00e2\u20ac\u0153progress\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  <\/span>She outright refused and yet I still never declared to her that I would refuse to give him the adderall even though<\/i> I thought it would be inappropriate and a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153health danger\u00e2\u20ac\u009d to Fabien to continue.  <\/span>Obviously her concern has less to do with Fabien\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s health and more to do with her eternal devotion to consistent disagreement with me. <\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

4)      <\/span><\/span><\/i>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153If you want visitation it will have to be supervised at Tara Triplett\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s home\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

    Are you really serious?  <\/span>You make it sound as if I am mentally and physically incompetent and\/or incapable of raising my son properly.  <\/span>Without a doubt this ridiculous assumption could not be further from the obvious truth.  <\/span>This is just one more shameful wound to add to the extensive list of those already inflicted upon me by a selfish and immature woman.<\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

5)      <\/span><\/span><\/i>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153She has never done anything to interfere with your visitation and does not want to interfere with your relationship with the child\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

    This is about the most outrageous and contradictory statement I have seen or heard yet.  <\/span>She is\/has precisely<\/u><\/b> interfered with Fabien\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s relationship with me and has negatively done so relentlessly since we ended our relationship almost 3 years ago when she decided to move and pursue an alternative lifestyle.  <\/span><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

    How about the time she refused to let me see Fabien his first and third X-mas, or the time she keep him hostage from me 2 summers ago because she felt like it [her words exactly], or how about when she moved to Tennessee and outright refused to let me see him [I got to visit with him only once during her whole TN stint] after I drove 7 hours to see him, or how about the 4-5 times within the last 3-4 years Tara has moved to different cities and forgot to update me of her new address, info, etc\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6. (you call that a stable environment??) until she felt it necessary to inform me, or how about the dozens of times in the past two years when we have made compromises and arrangements about Fabien\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s \u00e2\u20ac\u0153visitation\u00e2\u20ac\u009d only for her to renege and change her mind primarily based on how she might be feeling that particular day, or how about the numerous threats she has been so kind to deliver towards me, or how about her refusal to give me any information regarding Fabien\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s day schools\/baby sitters\/roommates\/doctors appts\/behaviour or any of the other countless obstructions she has so easily bestowed upon me? <\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

6)      <\/span><\/span><\/i>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.Fabien\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s medical needs have to take priority in this situation.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/font><\/p>\n

  Are you insinuating that I am not concerned for Fabien\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s well being?  <\/span>Please refrain from the exploitation of preposterous comments that are about as bizarre as Tara\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s malice and fabrications.<\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

7)      <\/span><\/span><\/i>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.if you bring an action in Spartanburg County, which you must do in this situation\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/font><\/p>\n

        If you check the Spartanburg County\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s court dockets [including Mecklenburg\/Blount Counties] you will discover that this \u00e2\u20ac\u0153action\u00e2\u20ac\u009d has already taken place.<\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

8)      <\/span><\/span><\/i>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.she will insist that you pay child support based upon the DSS Guidelines and contribute towards the child\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s [Fabien] medical bills.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/font><\/p>\n

  Undoubtedly, this is what this whole issue boils down to, now doesn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t it?  <\/span><\/span>MONEY\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.Tara\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s true love, regardless whether she admits it or not.  <\/span>Even though you are fully aware of the following statement I will repeat it anyway; I can assure you that the courts would almost certainly \u00e2\u20ac\u0153award\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Tara less money per month than I have voluntarily previously given to her.<\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

9)      <\/span><\/span><\/i>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153I understand that you are currently unemployed\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/font><\/p>\n

        I AM currently employed and Tara knows this.  <\/span>I was previously employed [First Charter Bank], but after my separation from FCB (based upon dubious circumstances that were far beyond my control) I encountered the unexpected.  <\/span>[I worked at FCB for over 3 years.]  <\/span>Nevertheless, I was confronted with a fruitless job search problem afterwards as I incessantly attempted to locate a position with similar pay\/stature\/benefits and responsibility.  <\/span>[with fewer expectations.]  <\/span>This is when I encountered the harsh reality of the TRUE status of our economy and vicious job market.  <\/span>Thank the heavens all of that is behind me.<\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

10)  <\/span><\/span><\/i>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.it is customary for Judges in Spartanburg County to impute at least $900 per month in income for people who are unemployed\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/font><\/p>\n

One word:<\/font><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

            <\/span>The next time Tara wants to have an important discussion about something of genuine nature please remind her to forego the alleged necessity of an attorney or I will be forced to sue for countless defamations of my character.  <\/span>If she has something to say she should behave like a mature woman and speak with me in a proper and civilized manner.<\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n
