The law exists, whether anyone has noticed a particular aspect of it or not. It&#8217;s sort of like how an invisible &#8216;thing&#8217; might exist, and when light is shined on it in a certain way, it becomes visible.<o:p><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style=\"LINE-HEIGHT: 12pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Courier New'\"><o:p><font color=#ffcc00><\/font><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style=\"LINE-HEIGHT: 12pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Courier New'\"><font color=#ffcc00>A truly dedicated individual can see the invisible before it becomes visible. <o:p><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style=\"LINE-HEIGHT: 12pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Courier New'\"><o:p><font color=#ffcc00><\/font><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style=\"LINE-HEIGHT: 12pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Courier New'\"><font color=#ffcc00>Many people are good at following forms and the implication of the law that is within those forms. But the implication of the law is not the law itself. Forms do not make law &#8211; they reflect the law.<o:p><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style=\"LINE-HEIGHT: 12pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Courier New'\"><font color=#ffcc00>Most seem not to know that or simply don&#8217;t care. <o:p><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style=\"LINE-HEIGHT: 12pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Courier New'\"><o:p><font color=#ffcc00><\/font><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style=\"LINE-HEIGHT: 12pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Courier New'\"><font color=#ffcc00>They fill out forms because most disputes do not involve invisible law &#8211; they involve precedent which is visible law.<o:p><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style=\"LINE-HEIGHT: 12pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Courier New'\"><o:p><font color=#ffcc00><\/font><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style=\"LINE-HEIGHT: 12pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Courier New'\"><font color=#ffcc00>Now if there is the implication of law, operating as if it was the law, for a long period of time, then it stands to reason that the implication has BECOME the law for those who have accepted it as such. Obviously it is going to be difficult to wean these people off the implication since they have learned it so well.<o:p><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style=\"LINE-HEIGHT: 12pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Courier New'\"><o:p><font color=#ffcc00><\/font><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style=\"LINE-HEIGHT: 12pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Courier New'\"><font color=#ffcc00>Most people are reluctant to give up what they&#8217;ve learned even if it&#8217;s wrong.
