Considering such, if something tends to affects the judge\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s pocketbook [or anyone for that matter], then they might tend to listen more closely.  <\/p>\n<p>A hypothetical example goes like this:<\/p>\n<p>Using the laws of statistics, sooner or later, a disgruntled father or mother that is being alienated from their children will behave badly.  If this bad behavior results in a major terror event, the insurance industry will analyze the event and assign a new &#8220;risk premium.&#8221;  I call it the PARP, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.frips.com\/icrm.htm\">Parental Alienation Risk Premium.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>If this bad behavior results in a major terror event such as a bombing, dirty bombing, terror plasmid release, hidden radiation release, [etc, you can think of more I bet!] or other nasty form of terror, who pays? \u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6certainly not the insurance company.  <\/p>\n<p>NO, No, this new risk premium is added into the new higher price of property, casualty, and life insurance.  <\/p>\n<p>Who pays then? <\/p>\n<p>We all do.<\/p>\n<p>Local, County, State and the Nation. <\/p>\n<p>Down the road all insurance companies will eventually adapt these new risk premiums.<\/p>\n<p>That is why I argue in favor of better-trained judges who can follow the law and fully explain its application.
