come from a source, the essence of life.  <\/span>This is only one perspective.   <\/span>Each and every one of us \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcis\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 a perspective.  <\/span>Our self forms views and ideals which are branches of even more perspectives.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

                   <\/span> <\/span>It’s possible that what we think of as a self is really just one perspective out of a hundred lives that live under a deeper part of our control.  <\/span>It’s possible that you’re living 100 separate lives, each conscious individual only aware of its “self” and not of its other incarnations.  <\/span>Physical bodies are manifestations of our soul in the physical [& metaphysical] world.  <\/span>Who’s to say our higher self isn’t in charge of more than one.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

                   <\/span> <\/span>I am you, I am I, and you are me.  <\/span>This is one perspective out of my entire consciousness that has kept up with my genuine self, the source of creation, where all consciousness began, where all consciousness exists. We are all part of the same consciousness, but separate into “selves,” singularly “self,” because we forget who we truly are.  <\/span>We forget what we’re capable of, we see the physical world and think it’s all “out there,” when it’s really “in here.”  <\/span>We are it.  <\/span>This is it.  <\/span>It is us. Evermore. Eternal. Boundless. Timeless.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

                   <\/span> <\/span>Be aware of what you’re dedicated to while knowing who you are and want you want out of life.  <\/span>Stay inspired and inspire others, just as you allow yourself to be inspired by others.  <\/span>Inspiring someone will cause that person to be motivated which will cause him or her to encourage others in their state of inspiration.  <\/span>By inspiring just one person you could change a large portion of a community.  <\/span>Can you imagine what the world would be like full of inspired people?<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

                   <\/span> <\/span>Say hi to people.  <\/span>Be happy & smile!  <\/span>Have no fear.  <\/span>Your smile, presence and a simple \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcHI\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 can change a person’s life.  <\/span>Say hi to those people who might really need it, the ones you wouldn’t normally say hi to.  <\/span>Maybe those people look like that after a life of everyone diverting their eyes away from them by not saying hi.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

                   <\/span> <\/span>Be passionate about your life\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.be alive & be intense.  <\/span>At the same time, remain calm, centered, non-threatening and free. Stay balanced. Remind yourself that for every up, there is a down, so a balance must be found.  <\/span>The only exception I’ve found for this when I dip in the realm of transcendence and a feeling of liberation envelops me.  <\/span>When I eventually choose to return to reality I usually illustrate an afterglow of \u00e2\u20ac\u02dceternal bliss-bliss\u00e2\u20ac\u2122, which is not exactly what I would call a down.  <\/span>Still, in this case, a balance of reality and transcendence has to be found.   <\/span>One can’t live a productive, powerful human life floating on the waves of nirvana constantly.  <\/span>Balance.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

                   <\/span> <\/span>Find balance in education as well, while teaching and learning.  <\/span>We should find the balance between something that is too easy and something that is too hard.  <\/span>Something too easy will have us feeling bored and under-stimulated as our mind will wander.  <\/span>Something too hard will get us frustrated, possibly giving up or thinking less of ourselves for not being capable of doing something.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

                   <\/span> <\/span>We all need to the ability to just relax, even in the eye of the storm.  <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Making decisions while we are centered and relaxed is important to successful, wise and effective decision making. With the ability to remain relaxed in any stressful situation, we can accomplish anything.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

                   <\/span> <\/span>Learn to be energetically intuitive.  <\/span>Open yourself to it and be aware of subtle sensations.  <\/span>Learn to move the energy.  <\/span>Feel where it flows in your body.  <\/span>Awaken the serpent power coiled at the bottom of your spine.  <\/span>If you can, bring the \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcserpent power\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 up to your crown chakra and join it there with the infinite, divine power of the universe.  <\/span>Advance your own energy.  <\/span>If you’re a natural at this stuff, visualize and feel the energy increasing in vibration and complexity and enhance it.  <\/span>Let your emotion flow like liquid sensation in your body.  <\/span>Feel the divine power of the Universe coming in from above, moving through you and grounding you all the way to the core of the Earth.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Once we let go of our limitations, become fluidic and be self-expressive, the possibilities will become boundless.  <\/span>Be who you are, courageously.  <\/span>Live moment to moment, create what you want in life for you have the Universal power of creation.  <\/span>People are as amazing as they let themselves be.  <\/span>Keep an open mind and express yourself.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

This is crucial in achieving a genuine state of well-being.  <\/span>If you follow any emotion far enough, it will end in silence.  <\/span>Disappear stagnant, un-useful emotions into infinity.  <\/span>Suffering only persists to the extent that we allow ourselves to remain lost in our own creation.  <\/span>We are meant to be free and expansive in our awareness.  <\/span>Release\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.and you will FEEL light and free, bathed in calm, pure bliss and simplicity.  <\/span>Dig deep, be present to it, send it up, up, up, up, and then feel it disperse and dissipate into nothing.  <\/span>Imagine it spreading out through the whole universe, losing its density along the way.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

                   <\/span> <\/span>The human body is a universal cosmic power source, interpreter, enhancement vessel and universal power generator.  <\/span>It uses its own life force, and the energy it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s interacting with, to accomplish incredible tasks.  <\/span>We are all radiating, colorful, energetic beings floating and influencing the sea of consciousness.  <\/span>Our being is constantly merging frequencies and evolving the human body, mind and spirit.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Imagine yourself as the room you’re in and all the items in the room.  <\/span>Even the book you’re reading, the energy you’re using and the energy it took for me to write this.  <\/span>If you’re outside, imagine yourself as the trees and the grass, full of warm life, growing towards the sun, the clouds and the wind floating through space, the sky as expansive as you can imagine, the buildings you see, holding strong, yet so full of empty space.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Expansion\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.transformation\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6..liberation.  <\/span>Accept yourself, exactly as you are.  <\/span>This way one can be oneself and be genuinely authentic.  <\/span>Be real to oneself and all others while advancing your self-awareness.  <\/span>Allow yourself to feel, without judgment and characterization, only FEEL.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
