What online sites do you utilize to evaluate a website that sells products?
I’m not looking for a product review site, but an actual website that specifically reviews consumer reports/complaints/etc from people who have had experiences with online retailers, small & big.
I’m trying to purchase a book from textbooksnow.com, but the only contact info on their site is a hotmail address and I cannot find anything on them on the Better Business Bureau site or RipOffReport.com
Help!
