Tara,
So much lost time has passed and gone, forever-squandered memories that I will never have a chance to share with our son.
It has been well over 6 months now and yet you still have not contacted me or attempted to work out a compromise with me, as it relates to Fabien, which is the worst possible thing you could have ever done to me and to Fabien.
In a single altruistic motion I presented to you a peace offering, by dismissing the case in Spartanburg [which was only pursued in reaction to you preventing Fabien from seeing me, for no justifiable reason], wishing only to save you and I unnecessary time, stress, aggravation, $$$ and heartache.
Instead of being compassionate and sympathetic in return, you completely disregarded my selfless notion and have still continued to alienate Fabien from me, from my wonderful son.
One can only conclude that you have done so out of spite and loathing [which makes absolutely no sense to me], for I am not a horrible person and you know it, nor have I ever engaged in anything that would ever put Fabien in jeopardy and/or danger.
Why do you condemn me so?
Will you now, just before Fabien’s birthday, still continue to impede Fabien from seeing his loving father, just as you did over Christmas?
I beg that you will not.
Please call and speak to me about this situation, so that we can come to a closure to this mess, I promise I am open to a candid and rational discussion that will end in compromise.
Otherwise, I will have to once again pursue the legal option, which I do not wish to do, for both our sake’s. Now before you get storming mad about that last sentence, the legal option will only be pursued in favor of the possibility of me seeing and being with OUR son [and only as a last resort], whom you have practically held hostage from me for purely egocentric reasons. And for heavens sake, please dismiss that conspiracy theory you have invented about me seizing Fabien from you, which could not be further from the truth.
Hopefully, we can sincerely talk with each other instead, like responsible and reasonable adults.
Optimistic,
Chris
This eternal crap-shoot conflict is going to eventually drive me mad, I shit you not!
